Dieting is an important factor in not only getting fit, but staying healthy as well. Eating too much of anything, regardless of whether it is healthy or not, will destroy the effort you made in choosing your food and working out. Your bodybuilding supplements will go to waste and it will all have been for nothing.
You should never think of supplements as a quick way to bulking up and becoming stronger; they never work that way. Most of the work has to be done by you and very carefully.
